Pump overhaul is often seen in a negative light as it is normally the result of pump failure.
Pump Management use a pump overhaul as the method of improving plant reliability. By carrying out failure mode analysis (FMA) and failure cause analysis (FCA), Pump Management will return the pump together with a comprehensive report and recommendations. If clients want to improve reliability further, there is the option of a PMPTM.
